Discord support stopped replying about hacked account

    Kinda hard to be patient when your waiting more than a month for issue that sound like they got solved within a few days. Even worst when you provide information that helps your staff but no reply that can let the user know they are still active on your ticket.

    Was it some kind of a arena game which the hacker sent you? Cuz I also faced the same thing. Did you get the account back though?

    im Literaly on the same situation, ive send some tickets with all the information everything and they are just asking me to be patient….its been 6 days and the hacker is using my account to scam a ton of people. Some of my friends just sent a ticket and in 10 min they solved it and im waiting for 6 days.

    As someone who's account got hacked last week and i have multiple tickets made our of frustration.

    Reading all of this doesn't bring me any will power to be patient.

    I've tried emailing, writing a ticket only to see it automatically be put on solved. Tried reacing out for any help on twitter, only to be met with radio silence. Worst part is, few years peior when i had issues with discord, they would reach out immidiently. On multiple times. Hell few times dm'ing them on twitter would solve it. And now it seems like you guys legit just have 1 unpaid intern handle all of the requests ppl do and ignore us everywhere else.

    This new guy on forums going around and telling people to be patient is also funny. I get the argument of too many tickets he brings up. But if there are people in ques sitting, waiting for ANY kind of response for MONTHS.You can feed us any sweet little lies you want. But i'm not buying the argument that you're understaffed. You guys, like everyone who ever commented here says- just don't care about us. Thank you.

    How am I supposed to be patient when my friend got their issue solved in 2 days? And his account was hacked after mine? Also “they will also ignore and the system will automatically resolved tickets if agent dont respond at all” is not a good thing, what does this even mean?

    I know it is not your fault discord is understaffed. But with a social media platform as big as discord you would think they would have more people in those departments to handle the work load.

    same here, I've been waiting a little over a month to get my hacked account back. The last message I got was an automated one from Nelly and that was a month ago

    I got hacked last night… On 25th of February 2024. After my friend got hacked that is. Same crap. Posing as my friend and asking for help and so on. Welp. My dum tired head did as told and here I am complaining. 

    After four requests I made and answered both on the web site and email, I have not gotten anything for over twenty four hours. My friend got their account back in mere hours. So yeah… Not to mention that I make YouTube videos, this shit is gonna harm my reputation the longer these lazy ass employees take with my requests.

     

    And after reading all these comments… I am losing my hope to ever recover from this ordeal…

    I’m having the same issue. fell for a scam and its been over a month and the scammer still has access to my account of 4 years. I sent them all the proof in dms and made a support ticket but I’ve gotten ZERO response 🙁 I need them to revert my email back to what I originally had it as so I can get back in. This account has tons of personal things to me on it including messages from a friend who has since passed away that I always planned to keep so it’s been making me sick to my stomach

    So many friends I also have. This is just ridicilous. Will be calling Finnish Customer Protection agency again about this
