My account was banned almost 3 weeks

It's been almost three weeks since my account was disabled for no reason and my tickets are set to solved. They say that support is very busy with all the tickets, but how much longer do I have to wait? I don't want my account to be deleted and lose my friends, chats, servers and projects…

    Dear NotMeg4_,

    Please be patient since the Support is handling more tickets than people handling it, they will also ignore and the system will automatically resolved tickets if agent dont respond at all. All you can do right now is to he patient.

    Same. I also experienced this. One day my account got disabled for no reason. I texted discord immediately on twitter but they only just sent an automatic response. I've sent multiple gmails and requests every other day and week until i finally lost hope. Every time i sent a request i never get anything in return all i got was a confirmation that they received my request and after that nothing.
