phone number is being used on a mystery account.

I'm freaking out well kinda. I was trying to verify my phone number and it said it was already being used. so I logged in with phone number and it brought me to an account that has an email verification. So I used my email but that didn't work. Is it possible someone verified my phone number with out my phone? there are 17 notifications so I'm not sure if I just totally blanked an old account or if it's active

    I am having this same issue too. I've been wondering if I made an ancient account that my phone number is currently on and won't be able to find the account so I can delete it.
