Account disabled for almost 3 weeks already.

I've texted discord on twitter but all i got was a automatic response like “hey thanks for reaching out” then just a link on how to make a request. I've texted multiple times in twitter explaining how my account suddenly got disabled. I've sent requests every other day until I have officially lost hope in getting my account back. Only one of my requests got answered. They disabled my account for things I did not do. I only use discord to talk to my older brother as we do not live together and yet i still got an email from discord that i was bullying people? I am in servers but I do not chat in any of them. I also talk to only one of my online friend that i met on discord. Her and my brother are the only one's i talked to in that app and i still got my account disabled. I think this is a misunderstanding or something. I even had to make an alt account just so I can keep talking to them, but obviously its not the same as it was in my main account. And until now I haven't heard or spoken to both of them for 2 weeks already. Please discord if u can give me my account back I would be more than thankful. I don't wanna cut connections with my friend or my brother. Please help me out if you can. And if I do get my account back I will  make sure to be extra careful because I am not risking my account ever again.

    Hey rinaa,

    Sorry to hear the issues you're having with the support team, but texting discord support on twitter is the worse thing you can do since they cant help with your request at all. Please check the issues Discord Support on Twitter (X) on the link shown below.

    And also when you created a ticket about this they will respond very late, so all you can do right now is wait or be patient, please also note that creating more tickets will push you back of the queue or even get you blocked from creating one. Hope the best for you rinaa.

    Hello Buffy! Thank you for telling me this. I texted in twitter since I was confused and was kinda worried that I was hacked or that I can never get my account back, and its the only app i knew where i could reach out. How long does it take for any moderators to email me back about my account? Its been weeks and I really dont wanna lose my account and cut any relationship between me and my brother especially with my friend.
