How long does discord support normally reply to your tickets? I got hacked awhile back and still have a ticket that is open, and I wanted to know how long it normally takes for discord to respond. Can anyone post their times in the comments so I can see? I'm just curious.

I got a response within a day after 3 other tickets that they still havent responded to and they said they would resolve my issue and its been a week and a half no response to any of my checkup emails i sent to them or anything

Sorry to resurrect an old post, but did either of y'all ever get your accounts back? I was hacked a month ago now and I still haven't heard anything back other than the auto replies saying it was escalated, then telling me to delete the second account made with my email (that I can't delete…because the hacker made it and put 2FA on.).
