My account got false banned

Recently, i lost my discord account that was 6 years old , haves 1 year of nitro for “Your account was involved in malicious hacking, fraud, account or credit card cracking, and/or attempting to damage a computer network or machine.”

the thing is i dont even know how to hack or do any of the things that they said about me, when i appealed clyde auto responses with
