complaint and information request pertaining to a disabled account
So, here is the contents of my recent support ticket asking about why my account was somehow shut down, and i also contacted the state attorney general's office for my state for anti consumer practices related to this mess, and i just want to know, in a clear and concise way, what exactly went wrong and how? no one has told me anything at all, and i just want to know what the exact issue is?
At present, some bot named nelly has been non compliant and refusing to help.
If anyone is willing or able to inform me of any issues, i would love to hear it. i have no clue what the hell is going on.

hello fine people of discord, I am currently having an account issue and the trust & safety staff have not assisted in figuring out the root cause of the issue at all, but previously made a initial determination without fact or providing proof of the reasoning behind it, so I just want a second opinion from a neutral third party related to the discord team, and not the prior person who attempted to resolve the issue, as they have proven they do not know the issue any more than I myself do, nor how to resolve an issue properly, and have cited a generic email as an excuse to not do the job they are hired to do, plus proven bias by ignoring further replies by me to a support ticket, and refusing to respond. Despite their actions and inaction, I truly wish the person the best and hope they have a good summer regardless
To the issue at hand. So far, my account was at some point hacked and turned into a spam bot, despite two factor process approved and designed by your company having been active, and then my account got disabled after i regained control, with no specific reasons given, except a generic "you breached terms of service and Eula" email which provided no specific details on the issue at hand, but rather was designed to confuse and state multiple separate possible reasonings which are not described, nor related to what I assume is a simple misunderstanding.
Further, no proof or information has been cited, provided, or even explained to myself, and i just want to know what's going on and how it can be resolved by both parties.
I honestly, at this point, do not intend on using discord or products and/or services from them at any point and in any way, but i do want to know the specifics of the root cause of the issue, so i can figure out what went wrong and figure out my next steps in terms of actions to be taken from my end.
Please possibly refer to ticket ID #38740865 for further details from me, and I also wish to lodge a formal complaint against Nelly of Trust and Safety, who has not done their job of instilling trust, or ensuring community safety, and has come across as rude throughout the process of trying to resolve this in favor of all involved.

Just for the records, here is all i know on this current issue, so please correct me on any part i have no information/wrong information on
This dispute arose after a user account was disabled/terminated without a detailed reason given, or any information provided on the issue resulting in such, and the lack of clarity on the issue of a recent data breach involving said user, who had lost control of his account despite measures by your company being in place prior to said breach, known as two factor authentication, and which resulted in a prior loss of access to said account by the user, who had been locked out for a short time by a malicious third party, resulting in the account temporarily becoming an automated vector of attack by said party, which spread links to phishing sites against the will of the account holder.
Further, when the account holder regained control on his own and without the need of your support staff, his account was flagged with a formal warning, which should have been left as is, and considered the final resolution on the issue. However, after the formal warning was issued, and the issue considered previously resolved as such, the account was terminated with an overly broad and non informative automated email sent to him which is claimed by current support staff to be informative on the issue, despite account holder clarifying to them he has no clue what the current issue at hand is at all, and is simply seeking information on the matter before formally proceeding with future actions on the matter.
I wish to also enquire as to if the following information true and accurate as much as my limited information lets me determine the issue at hand therein?
Finally, I also wish to inform everyone, in relation to my discord account being hacked, my twitch.tv account was hacked on or around the same timeframe as well, yet was resolved without issue..
My point being is someone or something is hacking a multitude of my personal online accounts, and of them, Discord seems to be the first/only one of them, to not resolve this is favor of both sides, instead being defiant and showing no evidence, nor proof, of any wrongdoing by me, the account holder. If there is any issue with me, please provide proof if possible, as cannot recall personally causing any issues at any time in the recent or prior history.
any help or information on this matter is greatly greatly appreciated. I am also consolidating the prior ticket with this one, if possible, so that everything information wise is provided in one single ticket. By closing the prior ticket, I am not stating the issue is resolved at all, but rather am trying to make things easier for your staff.
