Account with nitro disabled (been a user for 7 years)

Not once in my 7 years this has happened but it did. Someone asked in chat how old i was in chat and i replied that i was 7 years old and CLEARLY emphisised that it was a joke. However my account was spam reported and got disabled. My next nitro payment is tomorrow however its not letting my cancel it and I don't want to pay for nitro for a disabled account.

    Hey there Jiro Dono,

    If you use a credit card, call your bank to remove the subscription, if you're using other services, contact them to remove the subscription. And create a ticket for this issue, and please do not joke about your age as people will take it seriously.
