My discord account has been disabled out of the blue and in vain

My discord account was closed via spam, my account was in spam before, but after that, I didn't spam again, I didn't even talk to anyone in the last 1-2 days, I deposited money into the account, but my account was closed for no reason, I wonder if any official sees this and communicates with m

    Same here, I've been waiting for 23 days (30 days seem to be the time before deletion of the account).

    Tickets keep getting closed by either Nelly or Gunter without feedback. My account is most likely doomed. I have had it for alomst 8 years, and have never been in trouble before. If Discord cared about loyal users they show it in a very bad way.

    Buffy Well that seems rather inacurate and uninformed. Creating only one ticket just ensures that you will never get help because the bot closes them out and they never get put in queue. So why would it bother me or aby one to just open ticket after ticket hoping 1 might sneek by and get us some help. You have multiple people on verge of losing accounts they have had for a number of years, including me, and yall just dont seem to give a damn. As my last ticket stated, that yall probably wont see, I am going the distance with this becasue of the financil reasons and theft on yalls part. I will gladly take the statements and anyone else that wants to join along for the ride, so put that in your queue because you need to know and understand just how serious i am and how serious this is becoming.

    Buffy I read the post and all I get from that post is that they're not willing to do anything about the situation. It gives no more information than what any of us already knew and just absolutely gives them cover to hide behind. This is time sensitive and they don't give a damn.
