Ticket spammer

I think I have been marked as ignore for spam on my tickets because every time I make a ticket, it gets solved with no response. Anyway I can get my self out that list somehow? Like can I actually start getting responses? I’ve tried also contacting them on twitter via dms on both discord and discord_support accounts. No response. Anything will help, thank you all.

  I've been getting another bot called “Gunter” that behaves the same way Nelly does. Closing without feedback.
