Acc disabled for smth i was not aware of

My account got disabled because someone had spammed some bad stuff in my server while i was offline. They then proceeded to report all of the bad stuff they spammed and got my account disabled. I was not aware of the spamming and discord support is ignoring me. Please unban me I beg you, this account means a lot to me.
