I despise discord with every cell in my body. [Account recovery]

Discord has the audacity to do nothing for a month and a half. Finally after waiting that long they send me an email stating that my account has been recovered and I just need to reset the password. What they forget to mention is that 2 factor auth is still on it and none of my authenticator codes will work anymore and so I can never get my account back anyway. I hate discord for being able to do nothing about this. I will unconditionally hate discord for as long as I live because this is beyond pathetic. You hate your users.

    You can open a ticket regarding the authenticator, but I guess they will take their time to answer that ticket too if they don't close it right away.

    I just got my tickets closed and I can't re-open them without making follow up tickets, so I did just that. No feed back, and my account is still disabled for no apparent reason. Never received an email stating what I did (according to Discord) or if it is a permanent or temporary ban.

    I have never had issues before, and the account is from 15/11/2015, and now for no reason. BAM!

    Even if they delete my account I will keep creating tickets until they tell me what I did.

    As one fellow Discord-hater to another, I've since moved onto Revolt. (https://revolt.chat/) They seem to be countering the majority of the most stupid decisions Discord has made, and… well, that was enough to sell me on it, no further effort needed. It probably wouldn't have helped your specific situation, 2FA codes are pretty bulletproof, but if you're ever looking to set up again on a platform that isn't founded on disrespect and lies… just putting it out there.
