My account got disabled for being underage, I am not!

I don't know how I got this “ban” over my account, but currently my account is disabled for being underage, which I am not, I am 23 years old and even provided the requirements to appeal my ban, but Discord Support team is taking it really slow and it's freaking me out to lose the account I made in 2018. My support ticket number is #38932657 and it's been over 5 days now, which makes it closer to 14 days deadline day by day to completely lose my account!

 

For anyone from the team reading this, please let it go through and process it. This is totally unacceptable that how broken this service is and wrongly you can get banned not over a joke, not over a fact, but over something not even related to my age but probably taken out of context! I have a lot of important data on my account with many people and also co-owner of a community I'm part of with 20,000 users! With an active yearly nitro subscription!

    Hi, I am very sorry in your problem, but if you feel that you have not been given an answer to your age appeal due to the age of digital consent, you can say it and report the case kindly on whether it is normal that response time, explaining in if your appeal case on: @discord_support (twitter).

    Remember that also the service is under maintenance, and it is also necessary to read the policy on account deletion.

    Lil_Hydra I already taeeted at them multiple times

    Service being under maintenance means no reply from support team for “now” while my account goes down in the hole of “14 days till deletion automatically"

    And for some reason that'd be my fault I guess, and I'm asked to be patient when all the signs are telling me it's over?

    almost 7 days now by the way!

    I have the same problem, I m waiting from 28 AUG and still no answer. Im very disgusted

    And here comes a big wave, so many people I know are getting falsely banned over this exploitable “feature” and losing their +6 years old accounts forever
