Falsely banned

Hey, to keep it short and simple around 6-7 days ago on the 25th of august my account has been disabled, so I obviously tried reaching out and opening a ticket and I did everything required with no reply at all, after a couple of hours I followed up with another request with no reply or help at all, I proceeded to send 3-4 more requests since then with obviously no help whatsoever, all I’m asking is for someone to take a look at my opened requests, i do not want to lose my account let alone lose it for absolutely no reason, I know other people are suffering from the same issue and I feel like it’s not fair that our requests do not get looked at, Requests like these should be the priority especially when having to deal with accounts and account deletion. If a certain mod or someone who can help can get back to my tickets, please leave a comment down Below and I will send you the ticket # if needed, I’m over the age of 13 and I can use discord. If you’re seeing this I need your help, please.

    hey i am currently dealing with this issue as well my account was disabled because they think I am 13 i have sent one request because this happened on 8/29/23. Idk why all of a sudden now this is happening I also have nitro on that account so I am hoping they respond soon

    I have the same problem. My account was deactivated on 29/08/2023.
    I gave them all the necessary information, photos of my ID along with a photo of my credit card. Since then zero response, I also did not get any information related to why my account was stopped. I hope that they will deal with it quickly, because on this account I had a lot of files and links related to studies and current work. And they disabled my account during a recruitment interview with a client.

    Same happened to me, trying to get anyone to look at it since August 22, only automated responses so far.

    Yeah Idk if i should submit another ticket or just keep the original one there. I dont want to spam them and ultimately getting my original ticket lost or pushing the process back farther. Still no update and it has been 3 days

    Another update on here. So nothing has happened still LOL. I am getting worried because I do not want this account to be deleted and I have nitro on it so its kinda annoying.
