Wrongfully DISABLED discord accounts.

hey, if your account has been recently disabled for “being under the age of 13”, then please interact and upvote this post, on the 25th of august my account has been banned for that same reason and ive made countless tickets asking for it back, keep in mind those tickets all included the required information and pictures to prove that i am of the age to use discord without breaking any rules. unfortunately, discord support is yet to look at any of my tickets and its been about 7-8 days now, ive been told to “keep waiting” but i just have work on that account and i need it back as soon as possible, not to mention that im obviously scared my account will get perma banned. in conclusion, If you had a similar experience recently, PLEASE leave a comment down below with all your experiences and i could even create a Discord server trying to help people out, we can only tackle this issue if we all report it together, my current discord account is @i6000, if you managed to get your account back please give us tips below to help people struggling with the same issue.

    wqdw im not sure if your comment is satire or not.. my post clearly states that I have tried reaching out for help multiple times lol, not to mention that I’ve opened 5 tickets asking for an age update and an appeal for actions taken against my account.

    wqdw the point of my post was to “spread awareness” to the discord support team and let them know that thousands of people are getting falsely banned for being “underage” because of people simply abusing the ban option. I’m pretty sure you can even ban people for typing “12” or “12 years” when the context isn’t even about age, again. Ive mentioned earlier that I have opened 5 tickets to appeal actions taken against my account and to “update” my age, I don’t think making another ticket will help lol it’s been 8 days now with no reply to my tickets whatsoever.

    I have the same problem.
    They suspended my account, without giving me a reason.
    Asking them for it until now I have not received it.
    Seemingly two of my tickets are "open" but the rest have been closed. I don't know how long this will last because I need discord for work myself. Especially since I had all kinds of information on it about studies, work and my credit card was plugged in there.

    They told me to wait, I also asked them for another contact to inquire about consumer rights, which in this case are very significant. After inquiring about it, they pounced on me. They read the messages,but did not write back.

    I am sorry to say this, but I feel like sending them a letter regarding the suspension of the account, without giving any reason, and the lack of contact within 48h. It is very sad that so many of us are banned and writing to them does not get any information. It is really unpalatable

    wqdw I have the same problems. I sent my ID. Still no answer.

    I don't want to lose access to my 4000 member server.

    Anyone who has recently typed 12 or 11 has their account disabled by Discord.

    This is a Discord vulnerability. Please open my account.

    Hello,

    I assume Discord is dealing with support tickets by a first-come, first-serve basis (but still doesn't explain how Discord abandons other users' tickets in a much earlier date without a response). I made two tickets and comparing the ticket numbers, there is truly a huge leap of support requests being submitted. Again, I'd assume the estimated time for this would either be a week or so. 

    I've only been waiting for two days, but it does concern me that my account is left unused and I have several important files and documents that I've stored in some of my servers. As well as my friends who are probably concerned about my inactivity as well. Either way, I'm glad you were able to recover your account and I do hope that I recover mine and others as well.

    To everyone having the same issue currently, I think the best option is to wait, you can’t really do much besides that, make sure that your photo has everything included and that it doesn’t have any errors so you can get it right from the first time without any extra requirements or any extra troubles, this whole thing is an error on discords behalf and I wish it would get fixed soon.

    I would like to update everyone on the status of my account. It took an exact week to let them re-enable my account again. So the estimated time of waiting is ~7 days. Thank you, and I hope everyone else will get their accounts recovered.
