Disabled account but said it got "solved"(?)

My account got disabled due to “underage” even though I am literally over the age. I sent Discord my proof of ID, myself in it and holding piece of paper with my user and last 4 digits. My account was created in 2019. I asked Discord so many times to fix this and they just put as solve but I still can't access my account! I don't want it to be deleted and gone forever.. what do I do?

    Well I don’t rlly know if this helps but i read some articles and people said that filing a complaint to the BBB helps in responding to u quicker. But even if discord responsed to you, they will probably say the same thing like it did to me. “The birthdate on the ID Card isn’t clearly visible” is what discord says to me and I’ve sent SUPER CLEAR photos again and again and they keep saying that. I’m rlly stressed rn all i want to do is just chat with my friends again. I dont want to get my account deleted just because i did a small mistake claiming that i was below 13 even though i am above 13. I’m truly disappointed in discord’s support team. Good luck to you man. Hope u get ur account back, i dont rlly have any hopes on getting my account back but if i somehow do, i’ll update you and tell you how i did it.
