Discord Customer Support?

i literally cant understand this system my account got disabled for age appeals im 13+ years old but my account got disabled for no damn reason even i lost my 2017 acc because of this ‘’support'' as well i cant understand yall if you guys really want to make fun of us then just say it to our faces i mean like return to our tickets say ‘’There is no error in the transactions made in the account.'' BUT NAH yall aint even lookin at it im sending gmails only ONE got responded said it needs a selfie with a paper that has my nickname and my ID card i sended it and still nobody returns. im probably keep gonna sending mails every day i know its not gonna get responded but it makes me feel like im trying to find justice if i give up i feel like im not gonna live a peaceful life maybe i can even hop on guilded.

its not makin me sad or mad but you guys are horrible about this thing not gonna lie pls fix this.
