account disabled and tickets are being marked as solved

ive literally got no response on any of my tickets and its been 19 days, ive been constantly trying to contact them and nothing. im at a loss, my account is still there but it says my account is disabled when i try to retrieve my password. ‘nelly’ and ‘cayde6’ are marking my tickets as solved but ive gotten nothing from them.
