Ignored by Support
I've submitted a support ticket for a hacked account using the right email, given the screenshots of evidence of talking to the hacker, emails saying my account email was changed, my original email being used to make a new account and the hacker trying to extort me to get my account back.
I've done everything right. I wait for a whole MONTH for discord support to get back to me. I check the status, it's been marked as solve DESPITE ZERO CONTACT FOR WEEKS.
Every subsequent ticket I submitted after that, marked as solve WITHOUT any support staff ever even acknowledging me.
Ive messaged the staff on Facebook, generic bot responses of please submit a request, after I told them I did A MONTH AGO, they ghosted me.
I texted the Twitter account on August 4th. August 4th and it's now SEPTEMBER. Absolutely 0 replies back, I tweet @ them, I reply to their tweets within minutes of them tweeting, I get ignored.
I made a 1 star review on Google Pay, hoping to get someone's attention, they told me to file a ticket. Which I had done A MONTH AGO.
I submit a ticket in Chinese, I receive a response in English & from a user profile that says they were last active 2 YEARS AGO.
What the hell do I have to do to get staff to respond to me? I've waited patiently for weeks only to find out my ticket has been marked as solved without even getting to speak to support staff. Seriously, what am I meant to do?!
My original ticket from a month ago was 38411111. I just want my account back. I've used Discord for 6 years and I've paid for nitro for 2. I don't understand why any company would treat their paying customers so poorly.

my discord account got disabled without any email or reason telling me what I did and they just completely ignored all of my tickets, all of my tweets and messages as well. I have also paid for nitro many times and used Discord for so long but they still just completely ignore everyone, cus they are a stupid company that doesn't value their users

Same happened to me. No answers or help for two weeks now.
