How long does it take to appeal a disabled account?

Despite being a member of numerous Discord servers, I do not engage in the majority of them on a daily basis.
Unfortunately, I was banned after accepting a random invitation to a server from an unfamiliar user, despite having had minimal interaction within it. Not sure, I'm waiting for 20 days and still no idea why my account was disabled or any response from the staff at all.
From what I read here, soon they will delete my account, then the next day send me an email that my ticket is for a non-existing account, and close the ticket.
It's basically hell.
