Ticket unreplied to. Answers would be great.

Alright, this is going to be a long post, but I'm in the dark around discord's current trust and safety team and some answers would be great.

My account was disabled for being under 13, I have already submitted a ticket (two, though one was under the wrong section).

I am 17, and in both tickets and recent replies to the tickets I have sent I have my UK Passport, Username as well as my face, so my passport matches up of course.

 

Now, I haven't gotten a response, it has just hit the two day mark. I'd like to learn more about the system so I can understand and hopefully get a reply.

 

Questions I have:

My account is currently disabled. I've read discord statements saying you can retrieve a disabled account whenever, but a banned account gets their info deleted after 14 days.

- Is my account under threat from the 14-30 day period of deletion?

- How often should I make a ticket if mine goes unseen or unreplied to? Every week?

- If I shouldn't make a ticket, should I keep replying to it to try and get human contact?

- Are there any other ways of reaching out to support other than this ticket system?

    Yes. If u won't retrive it from deactivated status in 14 days, u basically get your account deleted.

    They said the more tickets u made, longer it will get for them to answer. But it's bullshit, I'd make ticket everyday, because it's no joke.

    No. If u try to contact them via email or twitter or anything else, they'll send u here anyway.

    Bawarski, thanks for the response. I'm just wondering, is there an official post I can view the following in? It's mainly because I've heard a lot of conflicting information between discord, these forums and other community members.

    Update: I have posted a follow-up to try and get a response. It was marked as solved, which is untrue. My account hasn't been re-enabled.

    I'm going to continue updating my ticket with messages every morning, if my ticket is falsely ‘solved’ I will just make a new one.  

    Hopefully being persistent and stubborn will get me a result.

    This also leads me to believe posting updates on the replies of your ticket will get them looked at more often.

    Tbf they don't even give real respone submited like 5 in total same botted or copy paste response..
