Discord Refusing to Reply to my Emails
I've been waiting for Discord to reply to my ticket since August 4th. I've made new tickets & responded to the original one begging for a reply.
No reply & my new tickets get closed. I ask Twitter support, they ignore me, even now they continue to. I had to make a new twitter account to get their attention, they blame me for making redundant tickets. However the email/replies I do get from my other tickets actively encourage me to make a new ticket with my correct email.
Facebook & Twitter support mention that they look at tickets in a chronological order, first come first serve. I submitted my ticket before my boyfriend did after both our accounts got hacked, he had his ticket responded to & his account back within 2 days. I'm still waiting for a single response to mine. The only difference is his account is from the Canadian server, while mine is southeast Asia. They are blatantly ignoring me, Facebook support leaves me on read & twitter support responds only to new accounts I make. This is so ridiculous & disappointing as an old user of 6+ years. I'm so upset.
