Text Channel default mute for new members

I know this has been asked for a few times a long time ago, but having Admin options to default a text channel used for bot spam to be muted for new members would be extremely useful. Almost every server I've been apart of has a text channel for bots, and it would be nice if every new member didn't have to manually mute that channel when entering a server and just be able to have the server mods and admins be able to mute it server wide for everyone by default. It could also be used for channels with webhooks and other reasons as well, but the biggest one personally would be for bot spam text channels.
