Hacked account, but 2fa is active ( email is changed)

Again, gonna try my luck. My account was hacked, I made a ticket, got response about my problem being moved to trust and safety and week passed. Like I said earlier in my ticket my phobe number is still attached, as wellI put screenhots of my Nitro actiation dates. My 2FA seems active on my Google Authentication app and I still receive codes on my phone. But you can't restore access to the account with phone, it only sends an message to hacker's email. I can't restore access. I got an response from assistant here:

How can I do that? Can you tell me the exact procedure - because once I get sms code, it still sends email to hacker's one. I type my phone number, hit reset password button, and then I am taken to the menu where I should put my code. Once I put my code in, it says “link was sent on your email to reset password". There is no other options.

I don't know should I try it again, or simply wait. Waiting just pains me, especially knowing my private info and other people are in danger.

It's been almost 40 days, no response, nothing. Me and other people are suffering, because how slow are you.
