I got my account disabled

So I know I said pretty bad stuff over my time but everyone always knew they were just jokes and were okay with it. One of my friends invited some random person to our gc and they started posting a lot of no no germany propoganda and even death videos. What do I do? I did the ticket but how long can it take? I was apart of like 20 active servers and some of them had events starting soon. Can i get my account back? Please help.
