Disabled account and no response for 3 weeks

Hello, I recently got my account disabled @4nemballa and the reason was not specified. I’m sorry if I violated the tos. But someone hacked my account and I just recovered it one day before I got banned. I’m still working on finding out what they did in my account and I think they tried e-robbing me. But it wasn’t me who did something bad. He made my account his own and wants me to get termed because he knows how important discord is to me and how important my files are in there. The documents I have saved in discord and the people i am connected with is extremely important to me. If I don’t have access to them, my life is ruined.
Please reinstate it. Thank you.
