Why my appeal getting ignored

Yesterday my account get disabled due to age limit and I submitted an appeal with photo of me my id and piece of paper written my username. However I do not get any answer from discord support for a day now. 

Also I posted an age update request from another account which is responded in 2 hours. So why do my appeal get purposefully ignored.

    Same here. I sent the photo but discord bots marked my tickets as solved so human assistants don't see my ticket at all. I open another ticket as soon as the previous one gets marked as solved.

    50 tane ticket attım hala cevap yazmadılar. Zaten bu selfie olayı Türkiyenin KVKK yasasına da uymuyordur eminim.
