I got locked out of my account and discord support isn't really helping

Around 4 days ago, I got locked out of my account due to accidentally losing access to my 2 factor authentication codes. I contacted discord support and they replied that they can't help with it, but they can delete my account. Despite the fact that according to a lot of people they can reset my two factor authentication if I prove my identity. What should I do?
