Discord doesn't reply to age update

I sent dozens of tickets only to get marked as solved by discord bots. my account was wrongfully disabled and im trying to get my account back. Does any discord official read this?

    I would like to add that “Im not spamming tickets” i just wait for them to get marked as ‘solved’ without any human discord assistant and only then i open a new ticket in hope of some human discord staff sees my post.
