Discord support team putting tickets as "solved" with no reply, despite following instructions.

I have been blocked for age verification.

Funniest thing is that, It's the SECOND time this happens.
Meaning, i have VERIFIED that im of age to use discord in the past (16 at the time)
Now i turned 18, and discord locked my account once again.
It's just kind of crazy, I was 16 when i did the verification, meaning i surpass all the country-specific discord age restrictions, but now 2 YEARS PASS and i STILL get locked. 

(I've been attaching the necessary photo to all of my tickets)

    same thing keeps happening to me they keep putting my ticket as solved even when they havent responded. you have any updates?
