Lost Mobile Phone and Discord 2FA Woes: Account Recovery Challenge
In a frustrating turn of events, my mobile phone, which had the authenticator app for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) linked to my Discord account, was stolen. Now, I find myself locked out of my Discord account, unable to reset my password or access the 2FA code due to the missing device. Despite following the standard account recovery procedures, I'm facing a seemingly insurmountable obstacle. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation, or is there a potential issue with the Discord authentication system? if you have another device you could possibly sign into your authentication app through your email. all my devices have access to authy just through my email.

i’m not sure if you need recovery codes but as long as it’s done through a sign in like google or facebook or instagram, whatever, you should be able to just login as an alternative form of entering it.
(hence why whenever it’s available i just sign in through google)
