Stolen account, waiting for over 1 month on support, what is going on?

Hey, my account has been stolen over one month ago, as soon i found out i reported whole thing to discord support, only answer at that case i had is that they redirected my case to Trust and Safety Team. Its been exactly 1 month since i got answer with that information. Since month i cant access my account, cant manage my server, cant  talk with 50 % of my friends. I understand that there is limited amount of people that work at this Trust and Safety Team, and they are probably overloaded, but Jesus 1 month ? Its kinda wierd, anyone else had also issue with recovering account with discord support help ?

    Been waiting for 2 months. Just make a new account, they won't read you. We are making a video that mentions all these issues.
