Regaining server ownership after friend's account was compromised.

The server owner (my friend) had her account compromised. I have the highest level possible to manage the server short of being an owner.  The bad actor that took control of my friend's account then invited another account and transferred ownership over to his own account. Discord support is giving us the run around about not being able to submit on said individual's behalf. On top of them being absolutely horrible about getting back to you, they gave me a cookie cutter response and didn't even bother to investigate. Now my friend has since recovered the account and once that happened the, the illegitimate owner then banned her once they found out they no longer had control of that account (the hacked account). I submitted a request to transfer ownership to me at least and then amended it so they can at least transfer it back to the original owner. I show them screenshots of the very suspicious audit log because they haven't banned or kicked me for some odd reason. Even with all the proof and the countless hours and tickets sent to them by all the admins they still don't budge and move away from being robotic pawns. Has anyone had experience in recovering their server back? There is 721 members and declining quickly because of the incompetence of discord support staff.  I just want to know if we should just throw away years of work and just start over, or is there hope of getting it back?
