Enable/Disable all permissions button

The functionality would consist of a button, at the end of all role and channel permissions on the server configuration screen, in which if you activate it you can allow all channel/role permissions; and if you deactivate it, deactivate them all. You could put a warning similar to "Are you sure you want to do that?" so that there is no confusion.
