My account got disabled and discord is ignoring me.

Hi guys, my Discord account got disabled because I messaged too many people in a DM dedicated server. even tho I correctly surpassed all captchas and verification my account got disabled. this was 45 days ago, when I submitted a ticket that to this day is still unanswered. I created other tickets too in these days, in which all (they were ten) got instantly closed and regarded as ‘’resolved''.

I can't even DM my friends prior to this action, I can't write on servers and it's been quite a struggle to get someone to help me. today discord closed instantly 4 of my tickets, maybe more. can someone help me?

    My account got banned because of age verification, I'm waiting now for a response so I kinda experience the same thing right now.

    You may can try to re-open the ticket or create a new ticket, so they may anwser again…

    i can't reopen the ticket, and if i open a new one it just gets closed.

    God damn it… Why does Discord treat its users like this?

    I'm so worried that they'll also ignore me. That's just frustrating.

    Yes I think your account is permanently banned and maybe got classified as a “spam-bot” or something like that, without any chances to get unbanned. Feels so sorry.

    it just got disabled, I can join vcs and talk there, but still what the f*ck discord.

    I just love discord! Got my account disabled for being underage( even tho im not) and I opened ticket and provided them proof with a goddamn GOVERNMENT ID and now im just getting madly ignored. Its been 10 days and no proper reply and they say that the account gets deleted forever withing 14 days of account getting disabled so yea bye- bye to my account ig.. crazy fr( im 16 btw but doesnt seem like discord cares to check the proof i gave)
