My account is disabled for no reason!
Yesterday my account was disabled but i did not do something that could lead to my termination.
bonus i did not recive any email regarding the ,,reason'' for my account termination!
I've tried contacting the discord HQ the support line even the god damn phone number and no response. about 2 or 3 hours ago clyde responded to me like this:

my ticket has been opened, unassigned and not responded to for 15 days, and after filing a BBB report, dming their twitters and emailing, i have been ignored time and time again.
what i’m about to do because i opted out of their arbitration nonsense is send a legal notice through my lawyers, so good luck friend

i've oppend a couple of reports but still nothing. A moderator named Violet just closed my reclamation without hesitation and no response

discord has now responded to my report and have removed my disabling. i will continue to feed wumpus as discord farmer now

I opened a ticket and it instantly got marked as solved. It might've been a result of me already sending a ticket (that gained no response either) before but it's still irritating. Wish you luck.

Alex, they have a firm of lawyers. You can't do anything about them.
I called, sent letters, replied to their twitter and facebook posts, direct messaged, email their board, and much more. All ignored. At this point I might take a flight to their HQ office in CA0
