    I have not done anything wrong, I follow the terms of service closely and I do not break regulations. I am of age, and I am a great person to those around me. I do not spam, I do not send anything suspicious to those I know.

    Happened to me on of my old accounts, except it was disabled for “self-bots”… Which was completely false and the only time I ever got a solid response was when it finally became deleted. I hope with one of my new accounts it doesn't happen again. Discord support hasn't been the best these days but I wish you luck.

    Same here, disabled since July. EXACT same experience of deleted tickets immediately. It's appalling.

    Been disabled for a month, accounts gonna be deleted soon. The nelly bot auto resolves, shame.

    I called, sent letters, replied to their twitter and facebook posts, direct messaged, email their board, and much more. All ignored.

    This guy named Alex had success with getting his account back, but I'm not sure we'll get the same luck.

    Also I might get a lawyer involved as I cannot disable nitro renewing, so technically they are scamming me.

    @crimson don’t use more than 1 ticket as tempting as it may be. related issues will be resolved immediately and they’ll leave the initial one open. 

    if a bot “solved” your initial ticket just respond in it and it’ll reopen. 

    don’t spam the ticket system because your account will be flagged by AI as spamming discord tools and you’ll be barred from using it (hence immediately solved)

    I’ve sent in 3 over the course of 9 days, but I will not send in anymore, the first 2 have been labeled as resolved and the bot attempted to close the newest one but I reopened it by commenting on it.

    I’ve also sent in a BBB report and intend on trying to contact them directly once more through social media platforms if I do not get a response in the next week.

    I’ve tried my hardest to be polite in every ticket, and have not used foul language. I try to be professional and respectful during these situations but it’s getting really irritating with how they set up their support system.

    so do you know why they disabled you? have you tried searching in your email for it or did you just wake up and see it disabled?

    and i completely agree. 14 days to get a response when it takes 14-30 days to start the termination process is NEVER and WILL NEVER BE an appropriate response time, regardless of high volume of tickets. so sorry that this is happening to you rn

    What if I didn’t get a email about why it was disabled. I just woke up and it was disabled

    I appreciate your support, and the truth is I have no idea why my account was disabled, on October 3rd I had put my phone down at 2 pm, I left it there for a bit and around 4 pm I attempted to hop back on discord and was met with the login page, I went to login, put my information in, and was met with “This account has been disabled.” I have not received any emails regarding my account being disabled in any inbox I have, I have checked everything I can and still have not found an email regarding it. I do not know what would cause me to be disabled as I am a great person to everyone around me.

    I’ve checked everyday if this “suspension” if you would call it that has been lifted, but every time I have been met with the same response of it being disabled.

    well if they don’t that’s pretty insane, not even bothering to tell you a reason, and not responding to you in a timely fashion and preventing you access to your account and to support sounds like a violation of a consumer’s rights to me.

    Literally have zero idea. I’ve been reading yours posts Alex and I also submitted to BBB. Hopefully I can get this resolved. I was on a Semi pro video game team but my spot was forfeited since I don’t have contact with my teamother than discord.

    Same sinking boat haha, I do hope that Noctis does end up making that video with RubenSim, since this support system needs to be really put out in the spotlight so hopefully discord can improve the user experience.

    Not much you can do, guys, my account was disabled a month and three weeks ago, and then deleted completely three weeks ago.

     

    This entire time I made tickets, I tried their social media, I tried the forums here, and there was no reply whatsoever from anyone human at any point, only automated bot replies, or just silent closing of tickets.

     

    I had this account for eight years, not even a warning, and I still don't even know why it was deleted. Gone forever, just like that.

    Wish you luck with your appeals, but don't get your hopes up, there's basically no support. No support at all.

    I hold out hope because there’s always a chance, but I’m also prepared for nothing to happen, I know there’s really nothing I can do as I am one person versus a multi million dollar company, but I can provide evidence and such that this is unjust and hopefully change this platform for the better so others don’t have to experience this.
