Abandoned support ticket?

Just curious if Trust and Safety team support agents will abandon and leave support tickets Open or if it's normal for them to take 50 days so far waiting for them to respond to my Hacked Account ticket

Some people tell me that tickets that has been open too long gets abandoned in an Open state as it looks terrible on the metric of the agent of he resolves/responds to it after all this time and it's better to just have it Open

    Hi, My account has been disabled because I requested a refund. I think it's clear what Discord is like. Moderation teams probably don't care about the requests and don't feel the need to explain them properly. All you have to do is let people know. Post your problem on places like Twitter,

    I just want atm to be able to use my proper email address on the new backup Discord account I made as I thought this issue would take this long. 

    But no matter where I go, I can't seem to get through. Make new tickets even if not about the same topic, it gets closed and"Solved" within 5 minutes :(

     

    So I wonder if there's been a violation of GDPR and gonna call my country's data protection agency and see what they tell me

    I hope you solve your problem. A moderator probably read our conversations and ignored us right now. According to my friends, my account will be deleted after 14 days. I think I won't be purchasing from now on.

    I find it weird your getting your account shut down while my hacked one seems to still be there. I have even reported it via ticket and reported the user account in the discord app itself, and had other friends also report it to try let the Discord team spot the issue faster. As I would think if 1 user account gets a lot of reports, that they would react on it :/

    I have sent them physical letters, appealed here 20 times, twitter messages and public tweets, facebook messages and public posts, called them (only to find out they have no call center), and even emailed their board and pinged their ceo. They do not care, once your account is gone, 99% its never coming back.
