Regarding a Account Disable

WU, I HUNG

My account was disabled by Discord a few days ago. I just want to ask the community about:

a) Is the disable permanent? I can still see my old account with an alt, but cannot log in. 
b) I tried to create a support ticket and did not receive a conformation E-mail back. Does this mean that they did not receive the message, or are they just slow?

    I'm sure they don't care. It seems like there is support that is really bad. This is the worst thing in the world. No support has ever been this slow and terrible. They banned my alt id 2 times. The first time they said I was spamming. What the hell is spamming? I sat there typing everything with my fingers. WTF. I wasted so much time waiting for support. And they didn't even help.

    My has been disabled and they’re not doing anything about it…everyone is now joining my server without my permission…please restored my account back.

    23 days (now 28), so your account has now been deleted? As i understand it even if you get the account back there's going to be nothing there
