We need to talk about support.

Every single message that is a call for help that REQUIRES Discord to step in because their support system is not working is immediately ignored. It is INCREDIBLY rare for them to listen, and that just isn't how this should be.

I got banned for saying I was 7 and they asked me to update my age. But when I sent it They turned off my ticket. And then didn't answer or didn't even say anything. It doesn't say what's right or wrong. What happened? There's no support here?

Support have no clue what they are doing. Account banned for spam? Ask for proof of spam and they give you NOTHING. Insane.

I understand your frustration with Discord's support system and the issues you've encountered. It can be incredibly frustrating when you're unable to get the support you need, especially in cases where your account has been suspended falsely.

To address these concerns and potentially seek a resolution, you can consider taking the following steps:

Follow Up with Your Support Ticket: While it's been 10 days, if you haven't received a response yet, it's essential to continue waiting for Discord's support team to get back to you. Sometimes, support teams may experience a high volume of requests, leading to delays.

Contact Discord through Different Channels: You've mentioned reaching out through social media, but you can also try sending emails to their support team or using other official communication channels provided by Discord.

Report Scammers: If you encounter scammers posing as Discord support, report them to Discord as well as the social media platform they're using. Discord takes issues like these seriously, and they may take action against such accounts.

Be Persistent but Respectful: While it's frustrating, try to maintain a respectful tone when communicating with Discord's support. Being polite and persistent can often yield better results.

Check Discord's Policies: Review Discord's terms of service and community guidelines to ensure you haven't violated any rules. Understanding these policies can help you better address your situation.

Consider Disputing Payments: If you're being charged for Nitro and can't access your account, you may need to dispute the charges with your payment provider (e.g., credit card company or PayPal).

Share Your Concerns on Discord's Feedback Forum: Discord has a feedback forum where users can share their concerns and suggestions. Posting there may bring attention to your issue and contribute to ongoing discussions about improving their services.

Mark Dayal I’ve been at this for weeks on end, and every single response on BBB either has them disregarding the users question or excusing their lack of communication with “we have a higher ticket rate right now” we ALL know that’s bullshit. If this ticket influx rate is SUCH a problem, I know damn well discord can hire some office worker to just stare at a computer and answer tickets.

“While it's been 10 days, if you haven't received a response yet, it's essential to continue waiting for Discord's support team to get back to you” yeah, no. my account was hacked and disabled. it gets deleted 4 days after the “wait 10 days”.
I have lost $120 because of this with discord being the only way to get it back because paypal and my bank can't/won't do anything.
