We need to talk about support.
Today I am going to address the underlying problem with Discord's support system, it may not do anything, but some things need to be said. As of today, I am on day 10 of awaiting discord to respond to my tickets about them falsely suspending me. I, like many others, attempted to reach out through social media, and I received many scammers attempting to bait me into forking over $35, or $50 just so they could “reinstate my account” These kinds of things are RAMPANT EVERYWHERE on Discords twitter because of their faulty support system. If users were able to talk to a real person without having to scratch and fight and file complaints we wouldn't have this issue. Many actions taken by discord are false and do not have any evidence behind them, and even if you provide it you will not get a response. The fact that I am on day 10 of waiting for a response when the auto termination process is 14-30 days is LAUGHABLY bad. Instead of fixing their support system they have now added microtransactions and taken away something that made Nitro special. I am locked out and I am currently being charged for Nitro, and since I am locked out I cannot cancel it without cancelling my card, which is an incredibly annoying process, it should not be this difficult when you have been treated with unfairness. A company this big should be doing far better, they have the necessary funding to genuinely fix the problem with their support, but they just don't fix it. We should not be treated like garbage when we are the ones filling their pockets, we should be valued, this is not being valued. I am sick and tired of waiting, as are many others. Not to mention in some ways they are violating consumers rights, I will not sit here and watch my hard earned memories and information be thrown to the void because a company will provide help in which they promise. I have at LEAST 10 screenshots of these similar situations happening to others, and I guarantee some of them fall for it. This is not how we should be treated as consumers. We need to do something, Discord needs to be better.

Every single message that is a call for help that REQUIRES Discord to step in because their support system is not working is immediately ignored. It is INCREDIBLY rare for them to listen, and that just isn't how this should be.

I got banned for saying I was 7 and they asked me to update my age. But when I sent it They turned off my ticket. And then didn't answer or didn't even say anything. It doesn't say what's right or wrong. What happened? There's no support here?

Support have no clue what they are doing. Account banned for spam? Ask for proof of spam and they give you NOTHING. Insane.

Mark Dayal I’ve been at this for weeks on end, and every single response on BBB either has them disregarding the users question or excusing their lack of communication with “we have a higher ticket rate right now” we ALL know that’s bullshit. If this ticket influx rate is SUCH a problem, I know damn well discord can hire some office worker to just stare at a computer and answer tickets.

“While it's been 10 days, if you haven't received a response yet, it's essential to continue waiting for Discord's support team to get back to you” yeah, no. my account was hacked and disabled. it gets deleted 4 days after the “wait 10 days”.
I have lost $120 because of this with discord being the only way to get it back because paypal and my bank can't/won't do anything.0
