Manage Roles Permission edit

There's a mildly annoying part of the Manage Roles permission, I want to give a role the permission to edit the roles directly below it or specific roles. However if that person has that role and one above it, it can give that role to other people.

I wanted to suggest a option to select which roles the managing role can edit, similar to how the Private Channel roles work. Bonus points if there's also a option to tell that managing role whether it can edit the permissions of a role or only give it to people.

Instead of many servers having to change their setup to this, making it an option said above, would give the choice instead of automatically turning it on.
