Account wrongly disabled for breaking TOS

Recently, my discord account for disabled for being involved in malicious hacking, fraud, account or credit card cracking, and/or attempting to damage a computer network or machine. I have not done any of these, so, of course, I go to submit a ticket, and they constantly are closed by their bot Nelly, but one ticket is responded to by their bot Clyde, who said “We will not reinstate your account”, they did not even review the case so I don't understand. Can I do anything? Is there any discord staff that can help me?? Please I don't want to lose all my friends.

  Forget about it, Discord let you wait 1-2 Months and your chance getting your account back shrinks everyday.
