Why was my account disabled without an email?
Yesterday my account was disabled and I don't know why. It didn't even tell me to check my email when I tried to login and I didn't get an email explaining why I got banned or even that I got banned. Has this happened to anybody else?

Did you send a photo of a kid eating popcorn? if you did, discord thinks you sent CP/CSAM. This is because Discord has a thing where all photos have hashes, and that photo of a teenager eating popcorn has the same hash as CP which is unfortunate. If it's not that, I'm not too sure than atm. discord needs to get their game up

My account was also disabled recently with no email or notification at all! I didnt do anything wrong- hell, I havent used discord today in the first place!

So I watched No Text To Speech's video and apparently they have a system where they can detect cp and ban you automatically. It doesn't even have to be cp, they can just detect it. I didn't send the popcorn picture but I must've sent something with the same hash as cp. If you received no email, this is probably why you got banned. Either that or somebody in a server or group chat you're in sent it and now everyone's getting banned. It really does suck. Even though it's unlikely, I hope I get my account back somehow
