Its been 11 days and 10 support tickets..

I know they say don't open new support tickets but it's getting out of hand. I have two tickets actively opened. I fell for the “new game, leave review” hack and the guy stole my account and threatened to sell my info if i didn't message him to negotiate. I didn't obviously and made sure everything else was secure. It was. They created a new dummy account and tied it to my original email address too.

Since the past week and a half, they have hacked five of my friends from my hacked account who I was unable to contact and let them know about the situation. Its getting ridiculous. Now they're messaging my friends, telling them to kill themselves and hoping their families die when they don't download the game and leave reviews. My friends are even at the point of submitting requests to discord for security help, letting them know my account is hacked.

I have been asking for updates daily BTW on my two open tickets. I even had friends send screenshots in the past 24 hours, so far im at twelve pictures proving my account is attempting to hack my friends and then unfriended them, saying terrible things, when they don't. They even messaged me on my new account through a friend's account they hacked. It's getting really out of hand but im still begging and praying support does something about this because i'm worried for my friends safety… Stressful shit man..

It is really getting out of hand. Got hacked exactly same as you said, not even an answer 1 month ago.

Its just depressing having to watch my friends also go through this because discord doesn't want to help me get my account back and if they ARE then all I want is some verification that they're looking into it! Hell lie to me and say they are at this point you know ? XD
