My account is banned for not reason

Currently, many users in Korea have had their innocent accounts deactivated in PC cafes due to a conflict between the PC cafe program and the Discord program.

In response to this, Discord did not respond in any way and simply sent a macro reply saying that it could not be deactivated, and I never received a proper reply.

Currently, this issue has become a big topic in the Korean gaming community, and there is a lot of negative talk about Discord.  Regarding this, I am leaving an inquiry in the hope that Discord will carry out the formal verification process at least once.

I've been using Discord for about 8 years now, and I've met many friends and had fun playing games through Discord.  However, due to this incident, these good memories turned into bad memories, and I lost a lot of trust in Discord after seeing the macro response I received at 07:14 on October 29th.
