Trust and Safety Team, I am BEGGING you to help
My account was compromised about a month ago, and I immediately submitted a support request to recover the stolen account. I got a nice update from a first tier support stating that they would be forwarding the request to the Trust and Safety team, then another reply about a week later stating that they could not recover the account at that point becuase the email had been used (by the hacker) to create a new account. I asked that they delete the new account and it seems like they have, but that was the last I heard from Support, and the last my ticket seemed to have been updated.
That was three weeks ago.
I have updated my ticket twice since then, once today, and once one week ago, and still have not heard back. Someone I know was in this same position, and the first update that they received, after well over a month of no responses from Support, was that their account had been permanently deleted and was unrecoverable.
Based on everything I've read from others in my position, I'm aware that the sad reality is that Support will likely not respond to me until after my account has likewise been permanently deleted, but I want to grasp on to every last straw I can reach for.
Please, Trust and Safety team, PLEASE, give me some update. Take some action to prevent my six years of chat history and memories from being lost forever.

My sympathies to you. I hope Discord is able to give you your account back. It isn't nice of Discord to do this to so many people, throwing years of memories into the abyss.

Discord disabled my account for no reason i don't want to loose my friend's on discord i have a friend on discord from many years so it's hard to loose them 🥺😭 i don't have their id or tag to add again thts so unfair thing about discord they don't care about their users please help me 🥺 to get back my disabled discord account

Well, I’m currently in almost the same situation as you. My disaster began on the 29th, 29th first response about forwarding the issue, 30th automated response and since then nothing. For me the new account was locked behind 2FA and I can’t delete it myself and my original account is still being used by the hacker. Been 10 days and discord support hasn’t don’t anything so far. I’m just hoping the dude doesn’t delete the account before discord recovers it…
