Discord support hasnt responded to me for almost 3 weeks and it has been a month since I got disabled.

I got disabled on the 6th of October for “suspicious activity”, it is now the 5th of November and I still don't have my account. They originally responded in 30 minutes just to tell me that since I had 2fa on (I don't remember having 2fa on) they can't give me my account. After a little back and forth I ended up sending them a purchase id and they still decided not to. I then submitted a hacked account email since I may have been hacked. It has been 3 weeks since then and even on twitter I haven't gotten a response. Am I written on a board in their office or something? Or is it because the fall update has all the moderators working overtime? Am I even able to get my account back?
