    This happended as soon as I created a NEW acccount. Hadn't even gotten to the home page when I was disabled. I did get an email tho.

    I have the same issue, I was disabled for absolutely no reason, Discord Alleges that I violated TOS yet me nor my attorney have been able to get a statement on the issue, instead when I file a request, some moron immediatly marks the request as solved. 

     

    I use discord for my business so it was necessary to involve a legal team, my attorney is in the belief that there is a simple open level of dereliction of duty by the support team, hopefully they decide to have someone competent respond

    I have the same problem as you and when I email them and try to contact them via the support they just say that I hadn't respect the Users conditions or it is one of my server but no more explainations

    The reason for tickets suddenly being marked as solved even though they aren't is due to a malfunctioning bot named Nelly. Most people have had to go to Better Business Bureau and file a complain with them just to get a response to their tickets. And some of the time the Discord person says they can't see any tickets for the email address attacked to the BBB complaint even when the person provided a ticket number in the complete. And then Discord will say there's no ticket with that number in their system. My best advice is to file a complaint with BBB and prepared to reject Discord's response and explain things. Or try submitting the ticket to the app/bot option and it will go through that way…be sure to leave a note for the App/bot team stating that the Nelly bot prevented you ticket from going through and that you had to send it to them and that you need them to send it to a human on the Account Team.
