Discord Account Ban

My account was closed about a day ago and when I submitted a ticket, they automatically sent me a letter about credit card fraud. I wrote a very long and descriptive article on this subject, but after waiting for 1 day, I did not receive any message that could help me, so I found this place and chose to send a message from here. I did nothing, nothing was found on my account, I am neither a scammer nor a bad person, I only use Discord for my friends, it is a fun environment and There were a lot of correspondence and conversations in my account, please remove the unnecessary ban of my account, please discord team.

    File a complete with BBB…..most people are doing that and getting responses fairly quickly – some within 1 business day. Be prepared for Discord to say they're experiencing a high ticket volume. It's something they say a lot.
