Support is absolutely useless
My account got disabled because I didn't know about that one image going around of a kid looking into a webcam.
The image itself is SFW but apparently trips discord's community guidelines image scan or something.
The initial response to my case was the bot clyde who said I wouldn't get my account back, so I emphasized that I had evidence that I haven't broken the rules.
8 days later, I get an identical clyde message. There aren't even humans responding to my ticket, and if online info is to be believed my account gets deleted this coming Tuesday.

literally my same issue, my accoung got disabled for no reason. I am literally 20 and they told me to send a picture with my id and face and my user (which i did) and they would have someone lift the restriction on my acccount. its been a week and no response. ive had that account for 3+ years and have online friends ill probably never reconnect with as well as servers etc

File a complaint with BBB it seems to be the only way Discord will get issues resolved
